Salad For The Win!

Check out this salad recipe that is an easy win!

Even as a vegetarian of almost 15 years I would not consider myself to be a “salad person”.

Ironic, I know, but if given a choice I’d simply choose carbs.
Give me all the potatoes of any form, pizza, bagels…you get the picture. LOL!

One, I eat salad because they are nutritious and I know it’s what my body needs. And two, I choose salads because they’re so simple to toss together and eat quickly and if I get at least one in, a day, I feel accomplished. Salad For The Win!

Easy Salad Win Recipe

If you’d like to try this one out, here are the ingredients, I just eyeballed them and I didn’t use dressing (btw, I’m fine with “dry” salad if it will save me 200 calories! Girl, that is a glass of wine!).

-Romaine Lettuce

-Kalamata Olives

-Strawberries

-Red Apple

-Cucumber

-Blueberries

-Shredded Carrots
