Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Delicious Recipe (EASY)!
This roasted brussel sprouts recipe is so easy and will turn out so deliciously, you definitely have to try it if you aren’t a brussel sprout lover!
If it were not for all of the photo and video taking I could have easily had this dish in the oven in less than 10 minutes, it’s that fast.
Healthy and filled with free-radical-fighting antioxidants, fiber, potassium, vitamin C and K, and more. Sounds like a win to me.

RECIPE:
- Brussel Sprouts
- Turmeric
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Red Onion
- Parmesan Cheese ( I wanted to use shredded parm, but was out. Aesthetically it would have been prettier, LOL!)
- A bit of cayenne pepper is delicious too, if you like a bit of spice!
Bake, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, flip the sprouts over, bake an additional 10-15 minutes or to your desired tenderness.
OVER TEMPERATURE: 400 Degrees.
